Arnold, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to two years with two days executed in jail, six months of in-home detention, which will be transferred to Tipton County, and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Tavaris Mcguire, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony battery on a police officer, was sentenced to three years with 320 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for the Twilight Program and any drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Joshua Havermale, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 90 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Trisha Taylor, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 82 days of her previously suspended sentence and an additional four months of probation.

• Michael S. Welsh, 39, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony obstruction of justice, was sentenced to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he attend the Plus Program at IDOC and pay court costs and probation fees.

• Ricardo Anderson, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of two Class B felony dealing in cocaine, was sentenced on each count to 12 years with 10 years executed in prison and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Robert M. Mau, 30, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, was sentenced to one year with four days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions his driver’s license be suspended for 90 days and he pay court costs and probation fees. He also was convicted of petition to revoke a suspended sentence and sentenced to 224 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Robert D. Brown, 22, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Vincent T. Smith, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 183 days of probation.

• David A. Eads, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 183 days of probation.

• Josh G. Sturgell, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 120 days of his previously suspended sentence in jail.

• Albert Estep, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 188 days of his previously suspended sentence and an extended 548 days of probation.

• Dale A. Stitt, 54, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of meth, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Aimee Y. Young, 28, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class C misdemeanor possession of a look-a-like substance, was sentenced to 183 days with 10 days executed and the balance on probation and 60 days with 20 days executed and the balance on probation. As a condition of probation, she was ordered to pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to be served concurrently.

• Christine Sliter, 36, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance, was sentenced to 136 days executed in jail and pay court costs.

• Dominic C. Wilson, 20, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to one year with 46 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.
