Richardson, 51, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony maintain a common nuisance, was sentenced to 18 months with 236 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Carl Mitchell Brown, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony operating a vehicle during a lifetime suspension and Class D felony resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to eight years with four years executed and the balance on probation and three years executed. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to pay court costs and probation fees. He also was convicted of Class D felony possession of cocaine and sentenced to three years with one year executed to be served consecutively with the other sentence.

• Joseph W. Brown, 36, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Daniel B. Scales, 48, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to 10 years with two four years executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Megan C. Day, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 18 months with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kent Barker, 55, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and carrying a handgun without a license, was sentenced on each count to one year with 26 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• David E. Walker, 39, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of two counts Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced on each count to one year with 16 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Shauna K. Connolly, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony possession of a narcotic drug, was sentenced to four years with two years executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Archie J. Gilliam, 45, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Michael J. Talley, 41, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with 40 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jeffery Grant, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 154 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Chad A. Bergin, 27, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to three years with 367 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Stephen D. Mosier, 42, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Joe Hicks Jr., 41, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 18 months with 14 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment, Men’s Non-violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kari Cannon, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to three years with one year in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.
