• David E. Walker, 39, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of two counts Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced on each count to one year with 16 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Shauna K. Connolly, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony possession of a narcotic drug, was sentenced to four years with two years executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Archie J. Gilliam, 45, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Michael J. Talley, 41, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with 40 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jeffery Grant, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 154 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Chad A. Bergin, 27, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to three years with 367 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Stephen D. Mosier, 42, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.
