Tuesday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested Kathy D. Brown, 41, 2300 block of North Webster Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for possession of methamphetamines and possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 5:05 p.m., police arrested Robert O’Donnell, 59, 1600 block of South Plate Street, at Sam’s Club, 1917 E. Markland Ave., on charges of intimidation and public intoxication.

Tuesday, 6:34 p.m., police arrested Glenn D. Caper Jr., 48, Evansville, at Harrison and Webster streets, on a Vanderburgh County warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 6:38 p.m., deputies arrested Ricky J. Henson, 60, 4500 east block of 200 South, at his residence, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 8:46 p.m., police arrested Jordan M. Roberts, 26, 5700 block of Mendota Drive, in the 900 block of Maumee Drive, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 9:20 p.m., police arrested Justin E. Wogerman, 23, 5700 block of Peshawa Court, in the 4900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, on a warrant for three counts of conspiracy to deal in a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 10:20 p.m., police arrested Lauren M. Huestis, 28, 2600 block of Wynterpointe Court, at Jefferson Street and Bluegrass Trail, on a warrant for two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug.

Thefts

Tuesday, 7:30 a.m., the theft of a ThinkPad computer valued at $550 was reported from Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road.

Tuesday, 12:54 p.m., the theft of a Pioneer AM-FM CD player valued at $150 was reported from a vehicle in the 30 block of Alta Lane.

Tuesday, 6:19 p.m., the theft of storm doors was reported from the 900 block of East Mulberry Street.

Wednesday, 2:16 a.m., the theft of 15 cartons of Newport cigarettes valued at $845 was reported from Buddy’s Mart, 400 Apperson Way North.

Wednesday, 4:52 a.m., the theft of a laptop computer, keys and cash was reported from a vehicle in the 700 block of South Main Street.
