Wednesday, 8:27 p.m., police arrested Troy L. Wilson, 24, homeless, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a parole violation.

Wednesday, 11:12 p.m., police arrested Miqueal R. Wells, 21, 300 block of South Bell Street, at Foster and Delphos streets, on a warrant for receiving stolen property.


Tuesday, 12:49 p.m., the theft of household items and cosmetology items valued at $5,000 was reported from the 900 block of Apperson Way South.

Wednesday, 8:42 a.m., the theft of a 42-inch flat screen TV valued at $480 was reported from the 1000 block of East Fisher Street.

Wednesday, 11:55 a.m., the theft of three iPhones with a Lowe’s application valued at $480 was reported from the Salvation Army Community Center, 1007 E. Fisher St.

Wednesday, 9:28 p.m., the theft of a laptop computer, a paint ball gun and an Xbox valued at $1,800 was reported from the 600 block of Southlea Drive.

Sunday, 12:18 a.m., Windfall police arrested Timothy A. Pearson, 41, 600 block of Posey Street, Windfall, on a charge of domestic battery.

Sunday, 7:09 a.m., deputies arrested Samuel M. Pickard, 44, 400 block of Plainville Drive, Westfield, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage.

Monday, 1:55 a.m., deputies arrested Jennifer H. Hearn, 36, 1800 north block of 100 East, Tipton, on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Monday, 3:34 a.m., deputies arrested Kathy Dyan Brown, 41, 2200 block of North Webster Street, Kokomo, on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Monday, 5:39 p.m., deputies arrested Jerry S. Malston, 33, 100 block of North Street, Windfall, on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Monday, 8:06 a.m., police arrested Garry E. Coleman, 43, Cross Lanes, W.Va., on a charge of battery.

Monday, 12:54 p.m., police arrested Velazquez Gonzales Rigorberto, 50, 1600 south block of 25 West, Tipton, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, never obtaining a driving license and possession of a false government identification.
