---- — Rachelle R. Winchester, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, was sentenced to one year with 110 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Paula Douglas, 36, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year suspended to be placed on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for Women’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Melissa Patterson, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to one year with 70 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

Andrew S. Blackamore, 52, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony aiding, inducing or causing dealing in cocaine and Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to 10 years with six years executed and three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay for and complete drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

Christopher A. Hollingsworth, 26, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to two years with 342 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

James Colbert, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony dealing in marijuana, was sentenced to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Patrick N. Walker, 27, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of methamphetamine, was sentenced to three years with 730 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Kevin A. Conrad, 22, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in meth, was sentenced to 12 years with 10 years executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

James R. Cook, 41, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of two Class D felony fraud, was sentenced on each count to three years with 730 days executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently, but consecutively with a three-year sentence with 480 days executed on a Class D felony attempted fraud conviction.

Wesley C. Spires, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of non-compliance with in-home detention, was sentenced to 184 days of his previously suspended sentence and year of extended probation.

Jy E. Love, 22, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Doris A. Vincent, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 284 days of her previously suspended sentence and returned to probation.

Justin Shuck, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 184 days of his previously suspended sentence and 183 days of extended probation.

Stephanie K. Bernard, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 347 days of her previously suspended sentence.

Timothy B. Goode, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 206 days of his previously suspended sentence and six months of extended probation.

Dustin E. Prince, 21, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and B misdemeanor public intoxication, was sentenced to one year with 70 days executed and the balance on probation and 180 days with 70 days executed with the sentences to run concurrently. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to complete and pay for the Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Brandon Shopher, 29, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, was sentenced to one year with 106 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for the Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Kendall Mayfield, 22, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor intimidation and trespass, was sentenced to one year with 60 days executed and the balance on probation and one yer with 56 days executed with the sentences to run consecutively. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to complete and pay for the Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

Artie Herron, 59, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with 86 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

Javier Villanueva, 28, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor intimidation, was sentenced to one year with 92 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.
