Arrests

Tuesday, 11:07 a.m., deputies arrested Ross Winegardner, 24, at the Marion County jail, on warrants for petition to revoke and a body attachment.

Tuesday, 11:24 a.m., police arrested Cody A. Hobbs, 26, Russiaville, at Community Howard Regional Health Systems, 3500 S. Lafountain St., on a warrant for three counts of battery.

Tuesday, 12:10 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher Churchill, 42, Indianapolis, at the Hamilton County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Eric Simms, at the Howard County jail, on six warrants for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 2:43 p.m., police arrested Ed Smith, 49, 200 block of East Center Road, at that residence, on an Arkansas warrant for failure to comply.

Tuesday, 3:23 p.m., police arrested Jeremy M. Benham, 34, 1700 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, on a warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 4:23 p.m., police arrested Antonio Santellanes, 50, 500 block of South Union Street, at that residence, on two warrants for conspiracy to deal in a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 5:12 p.m., police arrested Thomas B. Terry, 40, 900 block of North Bell Street, at Taylor and Market streets, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 8:51 p.m., police arrested Eric W. Wooten, 24, 2500 block of Wickersham Drive North, at Philips and Jefferson streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thefts

Tuesday, 10:40 a.m., the theft of a Dell laptop computer valued at $500 was reported from the 5900 block of Seneca Trail.

Tuesday, 11:02 a.m., the theft of a black barbecue grill valued at $150 was reported from the 1500 block of North Waugh Street.

Tuesday, 3:05 p.m., the theft of a Tao Tao scooter valued at $625 was reported from Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave.

Tuesday, 3:40 p.m., the theft of a white opal ring and Sirius MX radio valued at $350 was reported from a vehicle in the 2300 block of North Bell Street.
