Sept. 4, 12:05 a.m., police arrested Derek L. Martin, 19, 2300 block of East Ind. 18, Kokomo, on a charge of minor in consumption and possession of marijuana.

Sept. 4, 7:50 a.m., deputies arrested Megan J. Lundquist, 26, Wabash, on charges of operating while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Sept. 4, 1:40 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph L. Thompson, 21, 1100 block of East Taylor Street, Kokomo, on a violation of parole warrant.
