Arrests

Wednesday, 8:35 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Bon Air School, 2800 Apperson Way North, on charges of disorderly conduct and battery.

Wednesday, 3:15 p.m., police arrested two 15-year-old males at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, each on charges of disorderly conduct and battery.

Wednesday, 3:43 p.m., police arrested two 12-year-old males in the 100 block of West Lincoln Road, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, 4:36 p.m., police arrested Marshall Reede, 34, 5400 block of Menomonee Drive, at Wheeler and Bell streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while being an habitual traffic offender.

Wednesday, 5:46 p.m., police arrested Elmore Browning, 71, Peru, at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Wednesday, 6:20 p.m., police arrested Bruce A. Tharp Jr., 45, 1100 block of South Main Street, at that residence, on a warrant for intimidation.

Wednesday, 6:34 p.m., police arrested Ashlee A. Armfield, 22, 700 block of South Union Street, at Market and Taylor streets, on an Allen County warrant for receiving stolen property.

Wednesday, 9:59 p.m., police arrested Jacob A. Courts, 30, 5400 block of Longbow Drive, at U.S. 31 and Lincoln Road, on charges of possession of marijuana in excess of 30 grams and dealing in marijuana.

Thursday, 12:30 a.m., police arrested Joshua L. Weese, 24, 1200 block of North Morrison Street, in the 1400 block of South Armstrong Street, on a charge of trespass.

Thursday, 2 a.m., police arrested William L. Holcomb, 26, 900 block of North Philips Street, at Madison and McCann streets, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Thefts

Wednesday, 10:20 a.m., the theft of a 1993 Chevrolet Geo valued at $700 was reported from Pine Valley Apartments, 100 E. Center Road.

Wednesday, 3:02 p.m., the theft of $200 worth of miscellaneous jewelry was reported from the 900 block of North Bell Street.

Wednesday, 5:49 p.m., the theft of a subwoofer and amplifier valued at $1,000 was reported from a vehicle in the 1200 block of East Markland Avenue.

Wednesday, 6:11 p.m., the theft of a Samsung Galaxy cellphone valued at $600 was reported from Family Dollar, 1309 E. Morgan St.

Monday, 9:35 p.m., police arrested Herschel Hammon, 45, 10000 block of Washington Street, Deedsville, on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 9:37 p.m., deputies arrested Damian M. Phelps, 26, 200 block of West Canal Street, Peru, on charges of possession of meth, possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

Monday, 10:13 p.m., police arrested Benjamin Hammon, 24, 10000 block of Washington Street, Deedsville, on charges of on charges of possession of meth, possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

Tuesday, 11:10 a.m., police arrested Jordan B. Prater, 21, 80 block of East 5th Street, Peru, on a violation of parole warrant.

Tuesday, 12:20 p.m., deputies arrested Jimmy Smith, 57, 200 block of Elizabeth Street, Kokomo, on a failure to appear warrant.

Tuesday, 12:55 p.m., deputies arrested Timothy Roe, 28, 200 block of West Wickersham Drive, Kokomo, on a violation of home detention warrant.

Tuesday, 3:15 p.m., deputies arrested Brett Youngblood, 27, 5000 block of North Royal Center Park, Royal Center, on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 4:31 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher D. Hart, 41, 1100 block of North Leeds Street, Kokomo, on a warrant for armed robbery.

Wednesday, 8:10 p.m., police arrested J.E. Kelsor, 51, 60 block of North Water Street, Peru, on a public intoxication charge.
