Arrests

Wednesday, 4:40 p.m., deputies arrested Jonathan Wright, 23, Russiaville, on charges of driving while suspended, resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.

Wednesday, 5:04 p.m., deputies arrested Allyson L. Stevens, 22, Russiaville, at his residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday 6:41 p.m., police arrested Jeremy D. Mabie, 30, Akron, Ind., at Taylor and Indiana streets, on a Fulton County warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 11:10 p.m., deputies arrested Michael Murphy, 18, 1100 block of East Morgan Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for burglary.

Wednesday, 11:40 p.m., deputies arrested Tyler Mayfield, 19, 1000 block of South Armstrong Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 8:50 a.m., deputies arrested Rachel R. Walker, 33, 1200 block of West Havens Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for robbery and residential entry.

Thursday, 9:20 a.m., deputies arrested David DeWeese, 25, 100 block of North Phillips Street, at the Courthouse, on warrants for battery and domestic violence battery.

Thursday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Vincent Colorundo, 20, Logansport, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 10:30 a.m., deputies arrested Shelby Carlson, 35, 600 block of West Jackson Street, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of neglect of a dependent.

Thursday, 12:10 p.m., deputies arrested Elizabeth C. Clary, 27, Roann, at the Miami County jail, on a warrant for assisting a criminal.

Thursday, 12:50 p.m., deputies arrested Michael L. Shepard, 24, 800 block of West State Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 3:25 p.m., deputies arrested Kerri T. Haworth, 25, 1800 block of South Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 4 p.m., police arrested Brandi McKibben, 30, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, on a charge of residential entry. Police also arrested Shawn Bergin, 24, same address, on charges of battery and residential entry.

Thursday, 4:30 p.m., police arrested Kenneth Rawls, 42, 1400 block of Dunham, at North and Indiana streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 6:33 p.m., deputies arrested Zachery L. Mattison, 29, 1300 block of South Jay Street, at that residence, on a warrant for noncompliance with in-home detention.

Thursday, 9:35 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua T. Novinger, 25, 5600 north block of 00 East-West, at U.S. 31 and Lincoln Road, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and driving while suspended. Deputies also arrested Jennifer L. Shutt, 18, 2900 block of North Delphos Street, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Thursday, 9:40 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female in the 1200 block of North LaFountain Street, on a charge of theft.

Friday, 1:42 a.m., police arrested Raymond P. Wilcox, 30, 2300 block of West Jefferson Street, at Virginia Avenue and Plate Street, on a hold for Shelby County.

Friday, 2:46 a.m., police arrested Norma G. Murray, 37, 700 block of South Brandon Street, at Jefferson and Leeds streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thefts

Wednesday, 12:20 p.m., the theft of 200 feet of copper tubing, 50 feet of copper wiring and Zenith dehumidifier valued at $10,210 was reported from the 1100 block of South Locke Street.

Wednesday, 1:07 p.m., the theft of circuit breaker panel and wiring valued at $5,000 was reported from the 1300 block of South Locke Street.

Thursday, 7:27 a.m., the theft of a Garman GPS unit valued at $374 was reported from the 2800 block of Locust Court East.

Thursday, 10:14 a.m., the theft of 60 DVDs, 14 watches and assorted costume jewelry was reported from Finders Keepers, 2144 N. Plate St.

Thursday, 1:30 p.m., the theft of a Dell laptop computer valued at $617 was reported from the 200 block of East Murden Street.

Thursday, 2:04 p.m., the theft of a 2011 silver Chevrolet Cruise valued at $20,000 was reported from the 2100 block of Wellesley Lane.

Arrests

Tuesday, 8:48 p.m., deputies arrested Rachel E. Hight, 33, and Joshua A. Hight, 29, both of Elwood, on warrants for two counts of dealing methamphetamine, possession of meth and possession of anhydrous ammonia with intent to manufacture meth.
