---- — • Jordan McCarty, convicted in Howard Circuit Court, of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to six months with 180 days of his suspended sentence in jail and an extended six months of probation.

• Trisha Taylor, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 60 days of her suspended sentence and an extended two months of probation.

• Shayne Ridenour, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony welfare fraud, was sentenced to three years with 54 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Melissa Biddle, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of non-compliance with in-home detention, was sentenced to two years of her suspended sentence.

• Robert W. James, 36, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of meth and possession of precursor with the intent to manufacture meth, was sentenced on each count to three years executed to be run consecutively and pay court costs and probation fees.

• Clymenia S. Fielder, 55, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony domestic battery, was sentenced to 540 days executed and pay court costs.

• Kevin D. Shafer, 26, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance, was sentenced to 180 days executed and pay court costs.

• Randall Youngren, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with 100 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Andrew Stone, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 76 days of his suspended sentence and returned to probation and in-home detention.

• Amanda J. Hahn, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 1,315 days of her suspended sentence.

• Mary K. Fowler, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year with 262 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Phillip M. Bryant, 48, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with 18 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well pay court costs and probation fees.

• Markiss Young, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke, was sentenced to two years of his suspended sentence and returned to probation.

• Wrena McDonald, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 120 days extended probation.

• Jimmy C. Smith Jr., convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke, was sentenced to 270 days of his suspended sentence.

• Christopher Keefer, 21, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of two counts of Class C felony robbery, was sentenced on each count to eight years with five years executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Celest B. Goode, 19, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of two counts of Class D felony theft, was sentenced on each count to two years with six months in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Damarius Holland, 18, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony theft and dealing in a sawed-off shotgun, was sentenced to 18 months with 88 days served and two years with three months in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to be served concurrently.

• Aaron Smith, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, theft and Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a permit, was sentenced to 18 months with six months in-home detention on the two D felonies and 12 months with six months in-home detention on the misdemeanor with the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to be served concurrently.

• Elliott Shoffner, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class C felony aiding, inducing or causing robbery, was sentenced to eight years with three years in prison, one year of in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Zoyla Rodriguez, 35, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class A misdemeanor criminal recklessness, was sentenced to one year with two days served and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees. She also was sentenced to one year with four days served on a Class A misdemeanor aiding, inducing or causing conversion. The sentences were ordered to be served consecutively.

• William Estep, 37, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class C felony burglary, was sentenced to eight years executed and pay court costs.

• Shaquille Beard, 20, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony auto theft, was sentenced to three years with two years served and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment, Successful Self Direction Program as well as pay court costs and probation fees.
