Friday, 1:05 a.m., police arrested Scott Vanarsdale, 27, 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, in the 700 block of South Reed Road, on charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, resisting law enforcement and never obtaining a driver’s license.
