Friday, 5:19 p.m., Russiaville marshals arrested Christine M. Parr, 43, 200 block of North Union Street, Russiaville, at home, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 5:34 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on a conversion charge.

Friday, 6:18 p.m., police arrested Luke L. Debolt, 27, 1100 block of West Elm Street, at Courtland and Elm streets, on a felony domestic battery charge.

Friday, 6:25 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 900 block of East North Street, on a charge of disobedience.

Friday, 6:54 p.m., police arrested Christopher J. Cote, 27, 1100 block of North Lindsay Street, at home, on three warrant charges of failure to appear, on two petitions to revoke, and on a warrant charge of appearing at a Victim Impact Panel while intoxicated.

Friday, 11 p.m., police arrested Melissa M. Hill, 42, 600 block of Marsha Court, at Alto Road and Marsha Court, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 8:44 p.m., police arrested Jennifer K. Shopher, 25, 3500 block of North 00 East/West, at Morrison and Tate streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 1:35 a.m., state police arrested Rachel N. Vandiver, 22, Sweetser, at the Howard County jail, on two operating while intoxicated charges.

Saturday, 2:47 a.m., state police arrested Douglas M. Carter, 46, Tipton, at Washington and Defenbaugh streets, on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3:09 a.m., deputies arrested Troy D. Butler, 33, 1000 block of North Bell Street, at the Howard County jail, on a felony operating while intoxicated charge, and on two misdemeanor operating while intoxicated charges.

Saturday, 12:37 p.m., police arrested Tracy S. Shoaf, 44, 1100 block of South Home Avenue, at Union and State streets, on five petitions to revoke suspended sentence, and warrant charges of failure to appear, probation violation and interfering with a drug or alcohol screen.

Saturday, 2:38 p.m., police arrested Cody Parvin, 26, Akron, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a body attachment warrant and on a domestic battery charge.
