Sunday, 2:12 p.m., police arrested Emmanuel Arrington, 32, no address given, at Dixon Road and Greentree Lane, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 4:05 p.m., police arrested Jason M, Clougher, 29, Peru, at Sycamore and Philips streets, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and on a driving while suspended charge.

Sunday, 4:23 p.m., police arrested Deion D. Minter, 18, Logansport, at Sycamore and Washington streets, on a marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 4:23 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 100 block of South Washington Street, on a marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 7:38 p.m., deputies arrested Vicki D. Shelby, 60, 2600 block of Apperson Way North, at home, on a felony charge of battery on a police officer, and on charges of resisting law enforcement and invasion of privacy.

Thefts

Friday, 7:25 a.m., the theft of cash, a credit card and checks was reported in the 2900 block of West Sycamore Street.

Friday, 1:56 p.m., the theft of a DVR and clothing was reported from the 1800 block of Apperson Way North.

Saturday, 4:47 a.m., a Nintendo game system and sunglasses were reported taken from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Waverly Drive.

Saturday, 7:45 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 4500 block of North 200 West.

Saturday, 1:34 p.m., three toolboxes and tools were reported stolen in a burglary in the 1300 block of South Armstrong Street.

Sunday, 1:52 p.m., a sage-colored men’s bicycle, valued at $500, was reported stolen from the 1300 block of North Philips Street.

Sunday, 10:13 a.m., the theft of a backpack and textbooks from a vehicle was reported in the 3300 block of Dixon Lane.

Miami County arrests

Thursday, 2:15 p.m., deputies arrested Eric P. Stepp, 34, 5500 block of East Vine Street, Amboy, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Thursday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Brandon J. Dewitt, 32, 4400 block of South 00 East/West, Kokomo, on warrants for failure to appear and violation of parole.
