Monday, 2:58 p.m., police arrested Daniel Wagner, 37, 600 block of West Lincoln Road, in the 5200 block of Council Ring Boulevard, on warrants for resisting law enforcement, failure to appear and a body attachment.

Monday, 3:53 p.m., police arrested Ashley L. Priest, 19, Greentown, at Claire’s, 1158 S. 17th St., on a charge of theft.

Monday, 4:03 p.m., police arrested two 17-year-old female and a 14-year-old female in the 2300 block of North Waugh Street, each on charges of disobedience and truancy.

Monday, 6:24 p.m., police arrested 17-year-old female in the 700 block of Maumee Drive, on charges of battery and disobedience.

Tuesday, 3:43 a.m., police arrested Brandon R. Ellis, 32, 900 block of East Dixon Road, at Albright and Center roads, on a charge of driving while suspended.

THEFT

Monday, 2:28 p.m., the theft of a dirt bike mo-ped valued at $500 was reported from the 600 block of South Market Street.

TIPTON COUNTY ARRESTS

Thursday, 3:45 p.m., deputies arrested Brian L. Kayne, 22, 800 block of North East Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 5:43 p.m., deputies arrested Travis M. Lange, 24, 200 block of Davis Drive, Windfall, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 9:50 p.m., deputies arrested Kayla Ehman/Mantz Keefer, 25, 2800 south block of 200 West, on a warrant for in-home detention violation.

Saturday, 12:07 a.m., police arrested Trevor A. Hamilton, 29, 100 block of Dearborn Street, on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol.

Saturday, 3:59 a.m., police arrested Matthew L. Gunyon, 23, 600 block of Cressen Drive, Frankfort, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 11:50 a.m., police arrested Nicholas R. Wood, 21, 5800 south block of 775 West, on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Saturday, 9:50 p.m., deputies arrested Phabien Q. Jordan, 35, Marion, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 12:39 a.m., deputies arrested Craig A. Moorman, 22, Wabash, on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
