Arrests

Friday, 2:51 p.m., deputies arrested Amy H. Tolley, 40, 400 block of East Washington Street, at the Miami County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 3:58 p.m., deputies arrested Samantha D. Hill, 3900 block of South 500 East, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 5 p.m., police arrested Andrew J. Abrams, 50, 200 block of West Morgan Street, at Buckeye and Morgan streets, on a body attachment warrant, and on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 5:40 p.m., police arrested Rick K. Orem, 62, 800 block of East Sycamore Street, in the 100 block of East Walnut Street, on charges of public intoxication and false informing.

Friday, 6:35 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher S. Atkins, 35, 1000 block of East Fischer Street, at the Westville Correctional Facility, on a warrant charge of failure to appear (three counts).

Friday, 8 p.m., deputies arrested Mark A. Belzer, 29, 1300 block of Belmont Avenue, at the White County jail, on warrant charges of probation violation and failure to appear (three counts).

Friday, 8:47 p.m., police arrested Chelsea M. Exmeyer, 29, 6500 block of West 200 North, in the 800 block of West Virginia Avenue, on a warrant charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 10:53 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 700 block of Menomenee Court, on a disobedience charge.

Saturday, 3:40 a.m., police arrested Anthony E. Landrum, 24, 500 block of Southlea Drive, in the same block, on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

Saturday, 5:26 a.m., police arrested Brandon L. Brown, 21, 1900 block of Tam-O-Shanter Court, in the 600 block of Elk Drive, on a domestic battery charge.

Saturday, 1:36 p.m., police arrested Antoinette J. Travnicek, 22, 5900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:33 p.m., police arrested Joshua D. Breedlove, 23, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at home, on a felony domestic battery charge.

Saturday, 5:22 p.m., police arrested Robert Gonzalez, 57, 400 block of North Market Street, at Center Road and U.S. 31, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 6:03 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 600 block of West Sycamore Street, on a charge of false informing.

Saturday, 9:24 p.m., police arrested Dustie A. Jackson, 35, 2100 block of North Webster Street, at home, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Saturday, 9:36 p.m., police arrested Joe Hicks Jr., 41, 3500 block of North 00 East/West, at Gano and Buckeye streets, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and intimidation, and on a domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 12:42 a.m., police arrested Brenton D. Wilson, 33, 600 block of East Jefferson Street, in the 800 block of North Union Street, on felony charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and dealing a controlled substance, and on misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended, and on a petition to revoke.

Sunday, 1:50 a.m., police arrested Jeffery K. Jones, 27, Lafayette, at the Howard County jail, on charges of operating while intoxicated and implied consent.

Sunday, 2:15 a.m., police arrested Michael W. Walker, 24, Bunker Hill, at McCann and Maple streets, on felony charges of possession of a handgun without a license, resisting law enforcement and illegal drug lab, and on a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 2:59 a.m., police arrested Reginald N. Greene, 35, Lafayette, in the 100 block of East Center Road, on a domestic battery charge, and on a felony charge of strangulation.

Sunday, 3:29 a.m., state police arrested Tyson J. Howell, 24, Monticello, Ill., at the Howard County jail, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 3:37 a.m., deputies arrested Trenton D. Ralph, 23, 1600 block of Pleasant Drive, at 200 North and 300 West, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 5:19 a.m., police arrested Joshua E. Lewis, 32, 1200 block of East Butler Street, at home, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, and on a public intoxication charge.

Sunday, 7:04 a.m., police arrested Austin M. Luna, 18, 500 block of Bradford Circle, in the 200 block of East Southway Boulevard, on an illegal consumption charge.

Sunday, 2:05 p.m., police arrested Timothy Wells, 28, 1700 block of North Purdum Street, at Markland Avenue and Diamond Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 5:13 p.m., police arrested Dorothy B. Thomas, 38, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at North and Purdum street, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 6:53 p.m., police arrested Andrea N. White, 41, 1200 block of East Taylor Street, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 7 p.m., police arrested Terrance L. Tucker, 36, 5200 block of Algonquin Trail, at Ohio and Monroe streets, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 8:30 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on a disobedience charge.

Sunday, 10:22 p.m., police arrested Earl E. Meyers, 48, Baraboo, Wis., at North Street and Courtland Avenue, on a charge of operating while intoxicated (two counts).

Monday, 2:53 a.m., police arrested Jose S. Cantu, 26, 2700 block of Amberwood Place, at home, on a felony domestic battery charge.

Monday, 9:45 a.m., deputies arrested James R. Shepard, 31, Galveston, at Miami Correctional Facility, on a warrant for a felony charge of welfare fraud.

Monday, 12:05 p.m., deputies arrested Chelsey E. Smith, 22, 700 block of Highland Springs Court, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 12:31 p.m., police arrested Coral M. Bodnar, 25, Rogers, Ark., in the 600 block of Marsha Court, on felony charges of neglect of a dependent and theft.

Monday, 12:31 p.m., police arrested Darnell A. Burkes, 29, 1700 block of Dodge Street, in the 600 block of Marsha Court, on a felony theft charge.

Monday, 1:10 p.m., deputies arrested Charles E. Dunmore, 49, 2400 block of Balmoral Drive, at the Plainfield Correctional Facility, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 1:20 p.m., deputies arrested Jimmy L. Jackson, 38, 3000 block of North 150 West, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 2:38 p.m., police arrested Michael T. Anderson, 48, 800 block of East Taylor Street, at Gano and Jay streets, on a petition to revoke, and on two warrant charges of failure to appear.

Monday, 3:15 p.m., deputies arrested Stephanie Fewell, 44, 800 block of West Foster Street, at the Rockville Correctional Facility, on a warrant for a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deal.

Monday, 3:28 p.m., deputies arrested Michael J. Read, 37, 1400 block of East Gano Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a petition to revoke.

Monday, 4:14 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male, in the 1000 block of North Courtland Avenue, on charges of disobedience and possession of paraphernalia.

Monday, 6:51 p.m., police arrested Kennie J. Atkins, 37, 100 block of West Butler Street, at home, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 7:14 p.m., police arrested Brandon L. James, 26, 1000 block of Linda Drive, at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a body attachment warrant, and on a Clinton County warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 8:52 p.m., police arrested Whitney L. Atkins, 23, 3500 block of West Jefferson Street, in the 1300 block of North Courtland Avenue, on three warrants, each for a charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 9:20 p.m., deputies arrested Shana N. Turner, 19, 1800 block of West Carter Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 11:15 p.m., police arrested Thomas L. Shumpert, 26, 800 block of South Clark Street, at Delphos and Firmin streets, on a charge of operator never licensed.

Monday, 11:54 p.m., police arrested Christopher M. Young, 22, 2900 block of Apperson Way North, at home, on charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Monday, 11:54 p.m., police arrested Dylan L. Miller, 20, 2900 block of Apperson Way North, on charges of battery (two counts) and illegal consumption, and on a felony battery charge.

Tuesday, 2:31 p.m., police arrested Crescencio Rodriguez Jr., 51, 600 block of North Union Street, at that residence, on a parole violation.

Tuesday, 2:37 p.m., police arrested Clarence Fisher, 48, 1000 block of North Bell Street, at that residence, on a parole violation.

Tuesday, 3:42 p.m., police arrested Teyabo O’Day, 35, 700 block of South Armstrong Street, at that residence, on a charge of possession of a legend drug.

Tuesday, 4:38 p.m., police arrested Charles R. Dockerty, 25, 1200 block of North Washington Street, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 6:41 p.m., police arrested Matthew Ruebush, 45, 700 block of South Wabash Avenue, in the 1000 block of South Leeds Street, on a warrant for failure to appear and a body attachment.

Tuesday, 8:13 p.m., police arrested Phillip B. Davis, 59, 3000 block of Apperson Way North, at Apperson Way and Spraker Street, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 11:16 p.m., police arrested Scarlette Glover, 32, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on charges of public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia. Police also arrested Phillip Bryant, 48, 12000 south block of U.S. 31, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, 1:23 a.m., police arrested Lameka Moore, 35, 900 block of West Lordeman Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on charges of public intoxication and public nudity.

Wednesday, 6:36 a.m., police arrested Jacob W. Seamster, 19, 5300 north block of 50 East, in the 300 block of Bruce Court, on charges of public intoxication and illegal consumption.

Thefts

Friday, 4 p.m., a theft of two diamond rings was reported at Central Middle School, 303 E. Superior St.

Friday, 9:12 p.m., a theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 700 block of South Webster Street.

Saturday, 7:04 a.m., a theft of a car stereo was reported in the 1600 block of North McCann Street.

Saturday, 8:03 a.m., a theft of a car stereo was reported in the 1600 block of North McCann Street.

Saturday, 3:59 p.m., a theft of a CD player from a vehicle was reported in the 2300 block of North Webster Street.

Saturday, 9:16 p.m., a theft of a GPS system was reported in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

Monday, 2:45 p.m., a burglary was reported at East Side Youth Baseball League, 1702 E. Vaile Ave. Candy and other food items valued at $196 were taken.

Monday, 3:23 p.m., a theft of $245 worth of tequila was reported at Marsh, 208 E. Southway Boulevard. Friday, 8:37 p.m., a theft of three air conditioning units was reported at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave.

Tuesday, 2:15 p.m., the theft of a 12-foot fishing boat, fishing poles and an anchor was reported during a burglary in the 1300 block of North Wabash Avenue.

Tuesday, 3:32 p.m., the theft of an antique trunk, sporting and camping equipment, tools and lawn decorations valued at $1,350 was reported from a storage unit at Main and Foster streets.
