Friday, 9:55 a.m., deputies arrested Aaron M. Gilsinger, 40, 8400 block of 750 West, at the Howard County jail, on two counts of failure to appear.

Friday, 1:55 p.m., deputies arrested Malyandia S. Monroe, 45, Wabash, at the Wabash County jail, for failure to appear on charges of neglect of a dependent and false informing.

Friday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Brooke N. Golladay, 22, 200 block of North Market Street, at the Miami County jail, on charges of dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a chemical reagent.

Friday, 3:42 p.m., deputies arrested James Phillips, 35, 2200 block of North Webster Street, in the 2900 block of Heritage Drive, on a body attachment.

Friday, 3:53 p.m., police arrested Chad A. Heath, 24, 1200 block of Apperson Way North, at North Street and Apperson Way, on a petition to revoke.

Thefts

Friday, 9:15 a.m., a theft of a 2012 black/blue Tao Tao mo-ped was reported in the 3300 block of Albright Road.

Friday, 10:07 a.m., a theft of a 2007 black Chevy Tahoe was reported from Jim Berry Auto Sales, 3209 S. Lafountain St.

Sunday, 12:37 a.m., a theft of a PlayStation4 and a Galaxy S4 phone was reported in the 500 block of West Jefferson Street.

Monday, 8:48 a.m., a theft of an XBox 360 and a PlayStation4 was reported in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street.

Monday, 9:21 a.m., a burglary was reported of a storage shed in the 2000 block of North Delphos Street.

Monday, 7:36 p.m., a theft of a PlayStation4 and a 47-inch television was reported in the 400 block of South Washington Street.
