Arrests

Feb. 14, 1:28 p.m., deputies arrested Tiffany Feltenberger, 32, 13500 block of South Clover Court, at U.S. 31 and 550 North on a failure to appear warrant.

Feb. 14, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Brian Isenhower, 36, 8200 West 500 South, Tipton, in Indianapolis on warrants of kidnapping, armed robbery, car jacking, criminal recklessness, criminal confinement, auto theft and theft.

Feb. 15, 9:02 a.m., deputies arrested Melanie K. Ferguson, 47, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at the same address on a body attachment warrant.

Feb. 15, 10:15 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 2500 block of South Berkley Road, on a marijuana possession charge.

Feb. 15, 11:15 a.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male, in the 300 block of East Superior Street, on a disorderly conduct charge.

Feb. 15, noon, deputies arrested Brandi N. Lawson, 27, 2300 block of North Ohio Street, at the Marion County Jail on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence warrant.

Feb. 15, 6:50 p.m., police arrested Robert L. Heath Jr., 38, 1100 block of South Armstrong Street, in the 900 block of North Washington Street, on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Feb. 15, 10:39 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph Lopez, 58, 1100 block of Cardinal Court, Greentown, at the same address on charges of strangulation and domestic battery.

Saturday, 1:56 a.m., police arrested Ayesha L. Proctor, 38, Lafayette, in the 1800 block of South Plate Street, on a public intoxication charge.

Saturday, 2:37 a.m., police arrested Courtney T. McGee, 29, 600 block of Bradford Circle, at Apperson Way and Carter Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Saturday, 2:46 a.m., police arrested Jonathan L. Williams, 21, no address given, in the 300 block of East Murden Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.
