Howard County

Arrests

Monday, 4:51 p.m., police arrested Jimmy R. Black, 47, 1100 block of Apperson Way North, in the 200 block of West Morgan Street, on a body attachment.

Monday, 8:45 p.m., police arrested Reuben D. Vibar, 57, New Jersey, at Ind. 931 and Carter Street, on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Monday, 11:41 p.m., police arrested Richard S. Zimmer, 20, 3100 south block of 100 East, at that residence, on a Missouri warrant.

Monday, 11:54 p.m., police arrested Matthew S. Rivera, 19, 600 block of East Mulberry Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 12:16 a.m., police arrested Jesse O. Boyer, 38, Sullivan, Mo., at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a Missouri warrant.

Thefts

Monday, 7:57 a.m., the theft of a Xbox game system and accessories valued at $900 was reported from the 700 block of South Indiana Street.

Monday, 2:54 p.m., the theft of a heater and miscellaneous tools valued at $697 was reported from the 2000 block of Saratoga Avenue.

Monday, 3 p.m., the theft of a wallet and a laptop computer was reported from the 1600 block of South Plate Street.

Monday, 4:04 p.m., the theft of two cellphones and a set of head phones valued at $278 was reported from Target, 1037 S. Reed Road.

Monday, 7:10 p.m., the theft of an iPhone 4 valued at $250 was reported from the 1600 block of South Plate Street.

Jan. 20, 9:50 a.m., police arrested Brett D. Noble, 31, 600 block of Monroe Avenue, Peru, on warrants for false informing and parole violation.

Jan. 20, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Brad A. Cole, 37, 1500 block of North Wabash Street, Kokomo, on a failure to appear warrant.

Jan. 20, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Adrain Hardesty, 31, Goshen, on a violation of probation warrant.

Jan. 20, 5:15 p.m., state police arrested Justin Slone, 34, 100 block of South 975 East, Peru, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
