Arrests

Monday, 8:49 a.m., deputies arrested Erica L. Barnes, 24, 1400 block of North Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a charge of theft.

Monday, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested Curtis D. Beck, 26, 100 block of Apperson Way South, at the Howard County Courthouse for failure to appear and resisting law enforcement.

Monday, 4:03 p.m., police arrested Philip L. Tucker, 55, 1400 block of North Locke Street, at the intersection of North and Lafountain streets on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 5:30 p.m., deputies arrested Joel B. O’Bannon, 21, 1000 block of North Armstrong Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a charge of sexual misconduct.

Monday, 5:30 p.m., deputies arrested Frank Guffey, 28, Windfall, in Windfall, on a charge of escape from in-home detention.

Monday, 6:30 p.m., police arrested Jon P. Davidson, 42, 1200 block of West Taylor Street, at the intersection of Buckeye and Mulberry streets, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Monday, 7:13 p.m., police arrested Brian Moore, 34, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at that address, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Monday, 8:04 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 1000 block of Tomahawk Boulevard, on charges of battery and disobedience.

Monday, 8:49 p.m., police arrested Paul Seymour, 42, 400 block of West Lincoln Road, at that address, on a charge of domestic battery.

Tuesday, 12:25 a.m., deputies arrested Jordan L. McCarty, 22, 400 block of South Union Street, at the Howard County jail, on two warrants for noncompliance and a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 7:58 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 9:10 a.m., deputies arrested Troy D. Butler, 33, 6100 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:50 a.m., deputies arrested Jose M. Ortiz Jr., 21, South Bend, at the St. Joseph County jail, on a warrant for noncompliance with pretrial diversion.

Tuesday, 12:43 p.m., deputies arrested Dale A. Stitt, 53, Summitville, at the Madison County jail, on a warrant for possession of meth.

Tuesday, 1:20 p.m., deputies arrested Janet Meek, 42, Galveston, at the Cass County jail, on a warrant for receiving stolen property.

Tuesday, 7:32 p.m., police arrested Robert M. Mau, 30, 6000 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at Markland Avenue and Washington Street, on charges of driving while suspended and possession of heroin. Police also arrested Kevin D. Shafer, 25, 4508 E. 200 South, on charges of obstruction of justice and possession of heroin; and Kalya M. Anderson, 25, 700 block of East Taylor Street, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 11:49 p.m., police arrested Jessie L. Flowers Jr., 22, 700 block of North Dixon Road, at Berkley Road and Jefferson Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:45 a.m., deputies arrested Amanda Davis, 27, 5000 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, at that residence, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 4:03 a.m., police arrested Raymond C. Garcia, 28, 4000 block of South Lafountain Street, at that residence, on two warrants for failure to appear and a hold for Delaware County.

Wednesday, 4:13 a.m., police arrested Ashley A. Brock, 27, 4000 block of South Lafountain Street, at that residence, on a Delaware County warrant for failure to comply.

Wednesday, 10 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at 2501 Apperson Way North on a charge of truancy.

Wednesday, 8:09 p.m., police arrested Dontaye L. Davis, 20, 300 block of North Delphos Street, in the 200 block of East Superior Street, on charges of false informing, identity deception and a hold for Tippecanoe County.

Wednesday, 8:15 p.m., police arrested James D. Gunter, 19, 1000 block of East Taylor Street, at that residence, on two body attachment warrants.

Wednesday, 10:05 p.m., police arrested Martin E. Johnson, 39, 7700 west block of 400 South, Russiaville, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 11:04 p.m., police arrested Kody K. Keller, 27, Anderson, in the 1200 block of South Reed Road, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Thefts

Monday, 8:21 p.m., a Play Station and two games, valued at $260, was reported from the 1400 block of North McCann Street.

Monday, 11:18 p.m., a smartphone, Xbox, television and shoes, valued at $1,784, was reported from the 1000 block of South Elizabeth Street.

Wednesday, 1:59 p.m., the theft of a Taurus .38-caliber semi-automatic handgun and a black holster was reported from a vehicle at Little Daddy’s, 1533 S. Home Ave.

Wednesday, 4:35 p.m., the theft of a black acoustic guitar valued at $100 was reported from the 1200 block of North Courtland Avenue.

Saturday, 4:20 a.m., deputies arrested Billi Jean Turnbow, 33, 900 block of Rosewood Drive, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 5:08 a.m., state police arrested Cliff D. Werich, 41, Nappanee, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 5:50 p.m., state police arrested Tyrice A. Brownlee, 27, Elkhart, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Saturday, 9:40 p.m., police arrested Bobby Akemon Jr., 37, Martins Ferry, Ohio, on a warrant for failure to pay child support.

Saturday, 10:15 p.m., police arrested Frank Stambaugh, 29, 300 block of North Third Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana with priors.

Sunday, police arrested Michael Jones, 29, 3200 block of Schilling Street, Peru, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Sunday, 1:21 a.m., police arrested Nichalos Coleman, 18, 300 block of East 6th Street, Peru, Randal C. Latta, 18, 1000 block of North Lincoln Street, Peru, and Chad Atkinson, 18, 4700 block of South 250 East, Peru, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.

Sunday, 2:09 a.m., police arrested Brandon Cook, 18, 4100 block of West Barberry Lane, Peru, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Sunday, 2:20 a.m., police arrested Tamorah Baker, 48, 300 block of West 13th Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 2:55 a.m., deputies arrested David Greene, 18, 14000 block of North 500 East, Roann, on a charge of minor consumption of alcohol.

Sunday, 3:15 a.m., deputies arrested Phillip Arthur, 21, 8300 block of North Union City Road, Denver, Ind., on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

Sunday, 3:44 a.m., state police arrested Zeppelin King, 25, 2600 block of West 300 South, Peru, on charges of neglect of a dependent, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance.

Sunday, 7:30 a.m., deputies arrested Noel Berry, 54, 500 block of Madison Avenue, Peru, on charges of operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Monday, 2:55 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew N. Barnes, 34, 1900 block of West Ind. 16, Denver, on a violation of parole warrant.

Tuesday, 3:15 p.m., police arrested Bennie D. Higdon, 35, Wabash, on a charge of life habitual traffic violator.

Tuesday, 4:28 p.m., deputies arrested Kyle D. Pritt, 28 400 block of Adams Avenue, Peru, on a warrant for failure to stop after an accident and driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 4:55 p.m., police arrested Anita D. Moon, 42, 100 block of East 6th Street, Peru, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 1:39 a.m., police arrested Chasity L. Ousley, 20, 400 block of East 3rd Street, on a failure to appear warrant.

Wednesday, 2:10 a.m., police arrested Terry A. Moody, 53, 400 block of East Washington Street, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Lawrence E. Spencer, 42, 600 block of East Monroe Avenue, Peru, on a warrant for non-support of a dependent.

Wednesday, 1:16 p.m., deputies arrested Richard Keller, 31, 1200 block of West Elm Street, Kokomo, on a failure to appear warrant.

Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Melissa J. Holler, 27, 500 block of West 10th Street, Peru, on a court order.

Wednesday, 4 p.m., state police arrested Melanie Cairl, 22, Monroe, on charges of possession of paraphernalia, false informing, possession of heroin and possession of a controlled substance.

Wednesday, 4:37, state police arrested Douglas M. McBride, 38, South Bend, on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

Wednesday, 6:38 p.m., deputies arrested Jordan L. Miller, 19, 2100 block of East 450 North, Peru, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 1:35 a.m., police arrested Crystal L. Graves, 35, 5700 block of South U.S. 31, Peru, on warrant for operating while intoxicated endangering, operating while intoxicated, driving while suspended, false informing, forgery and I.D. deception. (Bonded out Thursday)

Thursday, 5:50 a.m., deputies arrested Crissy Jo Hoppes, 41, 800 block of North 16th Street, Elwood, on a charge of domestic battery.
