Howard County

Arrests

Monday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Rodney Ashbrook, 45, 1000 block of South Clark Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 11:10 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph G. Barton, 47, 300 block of North Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for attempted residential entry, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Monday, 2:10 p.m., deputies arrested Elizabeth J. Balser, 29, Windfall, at the Tipton County jail, on a warrant for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Monday, 3:53 p.m., police arrested Tiran Eubank, 19, 600 block of North Ohio Street, at Ohio and Mulberry streets, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license.

Monday, 5:06 p.m., police arrested George Ranard, 29, 1200 block of Apperson Way North, at that residence, on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Monday, 7:46 p.m., police arrested a 9-year-old male at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of mischief.

Monday, 8:31 p.m., deputies arrested Lacey Pruitt, 20, 800 block of West Rainbow Drive, in the 4400 west block of 250 South, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Monday, 8:55 p.m., police arrested Troy A. Bultman, 18, 1100 block of East Wheeler Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of marijuana, reckless possession of paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent.

Thefts

Monday, 8:54 a.m., the theft of shoes, clothing and a Playstation 3 game system controller valued at $400 was reported from the 800 block of South Elizabeth Street.

Monday, noon, the theft of a class ring valued at $120 was reported from the 600 block of East Taylor Street.

Monday, 2:58 p.m., the theft of an Acer laptop computer valued at $300 was reported from Chrysler Casting Plant, 101 E. Blvd.

Monday, 5:02 p.m., the theft of a Think Pad laptop computer valued at $200 was reported from the Kokomo Post Office, 2719 S. Washington St.

Monday, 6:56 p.m., the theft of two cellphones valued at $150 was reported from White’s Meat Market, 2100 N. Washington St.

Monday, 7:01 p.m., the theft of a 52-inch flat screen TV, 50 CDs and jewelry valued at approximately $3,000 was reported from Tinder’s Mini Storage, 2159 N. Market St.
