• Nicholas W. Burchett, 27, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony dealing in a look-a-like substance, D felony battery and A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to eight years with five years executed on the C felony; three years executed on the D felony and one year executed on the misdemeanor. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Bryce Whetzell, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 72 days of his suspended sentence and returned to probation for an additional six months.

• Nicholas A. Sitzes, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year with 10 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Travis Mabrey, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class C felony operating a vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, was sentenced to eight years with three years executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Philip Cooper, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to three years with 186 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Adam VanCamp, 32, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony attempted theft and fraud, was sentenced on each count to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Tracy L. Walker, 29, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to 18 months with three days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Courtney Raborn, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class C felony neglect of a dependent, was sentenced to four years with 18 months on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.
