Arrests

Thursday, 1:53 p.m., police arrested Derek Ritchey, 22, 1100 block of North Washington Street, at the intersection of Washington and Havens streets, on charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

Thursday, 5:21 p.m., police arrested Reginald Prather, 27, 2200 block of Tam-O-Shanter Lane, at the intersection of Purdum Street and Vaile Avenue, on charges of possession of cocaine, dealing in cocaine and two counts of conspiracy to deal cocaine.

Thursday, 11:31 p.m., police arrested Krusean R. Thomas, 27, homeless, at the intersection of Markland Avenue and Washington Street, for failure to appear on charges of battery and possession of marijuana.

Friday, 12:27 a.m., police arrested Anna Lee Downham, 28, 4500 block of East 200 South, at the intersection of Jay and King streets, on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, with priors.

Friday, 4:06 a.m., police arrested Issac M. Trusty, 20, 1000 block of South McCann Street, at the intersection of Markland Avenue and 17th Street, for driving while never being licensed.

Friday, 2:20 p.m., deputies arrested Brycen Strong, 20, 2000 block of Olds Drive, at the Howard County jail, on charges of battery on a correctional officer, intimidation, resisting law enforcement and robbery.

Friday, 2:36 p.m., police arrested Antronique Simmons, 19, 900 block of East Walnut Street, in the 1000 block of East Walnut Street, on a charge of domestic battery.

Friday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Tricia M. Clem, 29, Peru, at the Miami County jail on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence and failure to appear.

Friday, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Dominick Tyler, 19, Bunker Hill, at the Miami County jail for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:11 p.m., police arrested Robert Spurgeon, 32, 600 block of Aldrigge Drive, at the intersection of Walnut Street and Apperson Way, for failure to appear on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.
