Arrests

Monday, 9:35 a.m., deputies arrested Lavonski Elliott, 24, 100 block of Rainbow Drive, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for battery.

Monday, 10:07 a.m., police arrested Troy A. Zook, 26, Flora, at Alto Road and Gettysburg Drive, on two body attachment warrants.

Monday, 12:40 p.m., deputies arrested Michael O. Livingston, 39, 500 block of South Main Street, at New Castle Correctional Facility, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 2:10 p.m., deputies arrested Douglas J. Franklin, 35, Tipton, at the Grant County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke and a hold for Tipton.

Monday, 2:45 p.m., deputies arrested Michael L. White, 26, Oakford, at the Howard County jail, on two warrants for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Monday, 2:55 p.m., deputies arrested William Bramlett, 43, 1000 block of North Jay Street, at Bartholomew County jail, on warrants for non-compliance and public nudity.

Monday, 4:30 p.m., police arrested Clay A. Treadway, 19, homeless, at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Monday, 4:45 p.m., deputies arrested Shane Turner, 25, Tipton, at the Hamilton County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 5:59 p.m., deputies arrested Shannon J. Davis, 39, 1500 block of North Waugh Street, at that residence, on a warrant for neglect of a dependent.

Monday, 7:10 p.m., police arrested James E. Smith, 46, 300 block of West Havens Street, in the 900 block of South Wabash Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 8:37 p.m., police arrested Jordan M. Sheagley, 20, 200 block of West Markland Avenue, at Marsh, 208 E. Southway Blvd., on a charge of theft and a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 3:45 a.m., police arrested Damion E. Swoke, 23, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Elm Street and Wabash Avenue, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 4:45 a.m., police arrested Ernest L. Taylor, 31, 1000 block of East Murden Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Thefts

Monday, 9:17 a.m., the theft of an HP desktop computer, a Nintendo Wii and games valued at $900 was reported from the 1800 block of Elva Drive.

Monday, 11 a.m., the theft of miscellaneous tools and cash valued at $155 was reported from a vehicle in the 1500 block of South Plate Street.

Monday, 9:36 p.m., the theft of a 2006 black and yellow Tank mo-ped valued at $500 was reported from the 2500 block of Apperson Way North.
