Arrests


Saturday, 1:56 a.m., police arrested Nicholas Jansen, 18, 2600 block of Mill Street, in the 200 block of East Southway Boulevard, on a felony charge of theft and illegal consumption by a minor.

Saturday, 6:36 a.m., police arrested Michael Emery, 54, 300 block of East Mulberry Street, at the intersection of Sycamore and Ohio streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 11:43 a.m., police arrested Angela L. Trusty, 41, 300 block of East Carter Street, at home, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Saturday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female at Target, 1037 S. Reed Road, on a charge of conversion.

Saturday, 3:52 p.m., police arrested Ward Brian, 37, 1800 block of West Carter Street, in the 3000 block of South Lea Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and two counts of criminal recklessness.

Saturday, 4:03 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female at Target, 1037 S. Reed Road, on charges of conversion and minor in possession of alcohol.

Saturday, 5:05 p.m., police arrested Pierre S. Malone, 44, 1000 block of East Elm Street, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 6:58 p.m., police arrested Karlee M. Ash, 29, Windfall, in the 1900 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of public intoxication and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.

Sunday, 12:46 a.m., deputies arrested Erick J. Books, 25, Peru, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of driving with a suspended license with priors.

Sunday, 2:09 a.m., police arrested Julie A. Allen, 36, Paducah, Ky., at the 100 block of West Mulberry Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Sunday, 3:34 a.m., police arrested David E. Baldridge, 48, 2300 block of West Jefferson Street, at home, on charges of domestic battery and strangulation.

Sunday, 7:20 a.m., deputies arrested Jeremy Vasquez, 29, 1700 block of Kensington Way, in the 1300 block of West Jefferson Street, on a charge of theft.

Sunday, 4:45 p.m. police arrested a 14-year-old female in the 1000 block of East Norris Street for disobedience.

Sunday, 10 p.m., police arrested Shandi Schroeder, 30, 400 block of West Walnut Street, at the intersection of Markland Avenue and Main Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Monday, 12:04 a.m., police arrested Adam Williams, 24, 1500 block of West Boulevard, at the intersection of Markland Avenue and Washington Street, for violation of home detention.

Monday, 2:34 a.m., police arrested Stacey Roberson, 44, 1600 block of South Plate Street, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on charges of disorderly conduct, harassment, trespassing and a felony charge of intimidation.

Monday, 8:53 a.m., deputies arrested Karen J. Yarnevic, 59, 3100 block of North Washington Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a felony theft charge.

Monday, 9:40 a.m., deputies arrested Tammy M. Kennedy, 39, 3100 block of Springwater Court, at the Howard County jail, on felony warrant charges of forgery (three counts) and theft.

Monday, 9:43 a.m., deputies arrested Jeffrey E. Miller, 44, 100 block of Westminster Lane, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of domestic battery.

Monday, 11:37 a.m., deputies arrested James R. Cook, 40, 6800 block of West 250 South, Russiaville, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant alleging three felony counts of fraud, and one felony count of attempted fraud.

Monday, 11:48 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher S. Atkins, 34, 1600 block of Columbus Boulevard, on County Road 600 North, on a warrant charge of intimidation.

Monday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher D. Davies, 28, 200 block of West Lordeman Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke.

Monday, 2:09 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 700 block of West Jefferson Street, on a charge of disobedience.

Monday, 10:25 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 1000 block of West Walnut Street, on an invasion of privacy charge.

Tuesday, 12:16 a.m., police arrested Kenneth Pickard, 27, 200 block of North Market Street, in the 300 block of West Monroe Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 12:59 a.m., police arrested Glen Bessey, 45, 900 block of South Plate Street, in the 500 block of South Reed Road, on a public intoxication charge.

Tuesday, 9:17 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male at Central Middle School, 303 E. Superior St., on charges of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 3:12 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male at Maple Crest Middle School, 2727 S. Washington St., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 4:43 p.m., police arrested Rashod Morris, 28, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at home, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 9:16 p.m., police arrested Thomas E. Gibson, 35, 1200 block of North Union Street, at home, on a charge of invasion of privacy. Police also arrested Bryan L. Howey, 30, homeless, on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear; and Breanna R. Caudill, 19, 400 block of East Taylor Street, on a charge of aiding, inducing or causing invasion of privacy.

Wednesday, 4:11 a.m., police arrested Melissa J. Boonstra, 30, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at 1907 W. Sycamore St., on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of cocaine.

Thefts

Monday, 10 a.m., the theft of a Cannon camcorder valued at $800 was reported from Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road.

Tuesday, 9:30 a.m., the theft of a Dell laptop computer valued at $300 was reported from Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road.

Tuesday, 9:01 p.m., the theft of a Colt .45-caliber revolver valued at $600 was reported from the 400 block of North Market Street.

Dec. 6, 2:10 a.m., police arrested Brittnay F. Boucher, 21, 3400 block of East 475 North, Camden, on charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and visiting a common nuisance.

Dec. 6, 2:40 a.m., police arrested Trenton B. Holcomb, 21, 2900 block of Travis Street, Peru, on possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and visiting a common nuisance.

Dec. 6, 4:05 p.m., deputies arrested Robert A. Haskett, 48, 400 block of West 3rd Street, Peru, on a probation violation warrant.

Dec. 6, 5:20 p.m., deputies arrested David Douglass, 49, 3200 block of Schilling Street, Peru, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Dec. 6, 6:45 p.m., DNR officers arrested Heather R. Mosley, 26, 10 block of Center Street, Peru, on charges of visiting a common nuisance, possession of precursors and manufacturing meth.

Dec. 6, 7:17 p.m., DNR officers arrested Jonathan E. Copestick, 32, 10 block of Center Street, Peru, on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors, maintaining a common nuisance and never obtaining a license.

Dec. 6, 7:20 p.m., police arrested Zachary R. Fink, 24, 800 block of West Virginia Street, Kokomo, on a failure to appear warrant.

Dec. 6, 8:35 p.m., state police arrested Christopher A. Shirrell, 28, 3900 block of South 300 West, Peru, and Carrie A. Strahlem, 20, 2900 block of South 300 West, on charges of possession of meth, manufacturing meth, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of precursors and maintaining a common nuisance.

Dec. 6, 11:18 p.m., deputies arrested Patrick A. Rhoads, 19, 200 block of West 6th Street, Peru; Calieb R. Mathis, 18, 60 block of North Lincoln Street, Peru; and Eric J. Thurston, 20, 800 block of West Main Street, Peru, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.

Friday, 12:15 a.m., deputies arrested Stephen M.A. Parent, 20, 200 block of South Independence Street, Tipton, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
