Howard County arrests

Feb. 16, 4:24 a.m., deputies arrested Austin Calvert, 23, 1700 block of South Union Street, at the 50 block of 300 South on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Feb. 16, 1:25 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male, in the 2100 block of East Boulevard, on a conversion charge.

Feb. 16, 2:39 p.m., police arrested David Wade, 42, 3000 block of North Washington Street, in the 100 block of South Washington Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Feb. 16, 4:28 p.m., police arrested Lavonski Elliott, 23, 1800 block of South Indiana Avenue, at home, on a warrant charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Feb. 16, 4:55 p.m., police arrested George A. Joseph, 35, 600 block of West Sycamore Street, in the 700 block of South Union Street, on felony charges of marijuana possession and heroin possession.

Feb. 16, 5:02 p.m., police arrested Patrick K. Donoghue, 55, 1700 block of Oakhill Drive, at Boulevard and Home Avenue, on two charges of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 12:10 a.m., police arrested Amanda Bogue, 25, no address given, at Gano Street and U.S. 31, on a felony charge of possession of a syringe, and on felony warrant charges of possession of a controlled substance (three counts), possession of a syringe and unlawful possession of a legend drug and on warrant charges of petition to revoke and failure to appear.

Sunday, 12:18 a.m., police arrested Samantha A. Mayer, 20, Amboy, at Gano Street and U.S. 31, on a felony charge of possession of a syringe, and possession of paraphernalia charge, on a petition to revoke and on a Miami County warrant charge of probation violation.

Sunday, 12:41 a.m., police arrested Scott J. Marini, 33, 2100 block of Chevy Court, at Goyer and Lincoln roads, on charges of battery on a police dog, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Sunday, 1:59 a.m., police arrested James B. Patterson, 34, 600 block of North Korby Street, at Lafountain Street and Rainbow Drive, on a felony charge of driving after having lost driving privileges and a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 9:50 p.m., police arrested Morgan M. Mullins, 23, 600 block of East Tate Street, at Sycamore and McCann streets, on a marijuana possession charge, and on warrant charges of attempted battery and resisting law enforcement.

Monday, 12:36 a.m., police arrested Kimberly A. Brandon, 48, 1000 block of South Leeds Street, at Webster Street and Chestnut Street, on a felony charge of driving after having lost driving privileges for life.

Monday, 2:20 p.m., deputies arrested Lisa M. Grammer, 45, 200 block of Wickersham Drive, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke.

Monday, 2:41 p.m., police arrested Christopher Dillman, 39, 800 block of East Gano Street, at Havens Street and Indiana Avenue, on a parole violation charge.

Monday, 5:24 p.m., deputies arrested Deerik M. Hall, 22, Anderson, in the 600 block of Elk Drive, on a trespass charge.

Monday, 11:38 p.m., police arrested Michael D. Richman, 48, 600 block of East Tate Street, at home, on felony charges of manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine, and illegal drug lab.

Monday, 11:38 p.m., police arrested Mark N. Camp, 52, Russiaville, in the 600 block of East Tate Street, on felony charges of manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe and illegal drug lab.

Tuesday, 1:16 a.m., police arrested Katie L. Hayden, 22, 2300 block of North Apperson Way, in the 2400 block of North Washington Street, on a public intoxication charge.

Tuesday, 1:29 a.m., police arrested Artie S. Herron, 59, 200 block of North Market Street, in the 800 block of North Jay Street, on a domestic battery charge.

Tuesday, 9:44 a.m., deputies arrested Richard Applington, 28, 300 block of West Mulberry Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 11:51 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher M. Ritchey, 41, Marion, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Zachariah A. Morgan, 23, 1400 block of East Morgan Street, at the Howard County Jail, on warrants for two battery charges.

Tuesday, 2:37 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, both at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on charges of conversion and illegal possession of alcohol.

Tuesday, 3:38 p.m., police arrested Jennifer G. Fisher, 28, 1000 block of North Korby Street, at home, on a felony warrant charge of intimidation (two counts).

Tuesday, 5:20 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a conversion charge.

Tuesday, 5:55 p.m., deputies arrested Michael L. Shepard, 26, 2300 block of Pinehurst Lane, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of receiving stolen goods.

Tuesday, 6:21 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 700 block of West State Street, on a disobedience charge.

Tuesday, 9:43 p.m., police arrested Charles H. Martin III, 32, 1600 block of North Wabash Avenue, at Wabash and Havens Street, on a Marion County felony warrant charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

Wednesday, 12:14 p.m., deputies arrested Troy L. Wilson, 25, 600 block of South Bell Street, at the Howard County Government Center, on a parole violation warrant.

Wednesday, 12:54 p.m., deputies arrested Lafollette L. Bogan, 32, Bunker Hill, at the Howard County Government Center, on a parole violation warrant.

Wednesday, 1:23 p.m., deputies arrested Keeven T. Barnes, 25, 1900 block of South Goyer Road, at the Howard County Government Center, on a parole violation warrant.

Wednesday, 1:25 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male, in the 300 block of East Superior Street, on a disorderly conduct charge.

Wednesday, 1:48 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female, in the 300 block of East Superior Street, on charges of disobedience and resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 4:13 p.m., police arrested Robyn A. Chesser, 43, 600 block of West Foster Street, at home, on felony charges of methamphetamine possession and maintaining a common nuisance, and on a marijuana possession charge.

Wednesday, 6:34 p.m., police arrested Alex C. Weaver, 18, Frankfort, in the 3500 block of South Lafountain Street, on a false informing charge.

Wednesday, 7:34 p.m., police arrested Raymond K. McKinney, 37, 1400 block of West Markland Avenue, in the 200 block of East Lincoln Road, on warrant charges of failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 8:52 p.m., police arrested Tina M. Ahnert, 38, 800 block of East Vaile Avenue, at Jay Street and Vaile, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 12:50 a.m., police arrested Ryan N. Schultz, 27, 2000 block of East Carter Street, at Gano and Purdum streets, on a petition to revoke. He was later rearrested on two body attachment warrants.

Thursday, 12:50 a.m., police arrested Bryon K. Meoak, 24, no address given, in the 2800 block of South Reed Road, on a charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Thursday, 1:56 a.m., deputies arrested Dennis J. Wright, 60, 600 block of East Walnut Street, in the 5100 block of North 200 East, on two felony charges of residential entry, and on a mischief charge.

Thursday, 3:22 a.m., police arrested Jamie L. Lamberson, 30, 1200 block of West Richmond Street, in the 2800 block of Reed Road, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Amanda J. Hahn, 33, 1500 block of North Leeds Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on an indirect contempt charge.

Thursday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Raymond K. McKinney, 37, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:31 a.m., police arrested William V. Davis, 70, no address given, in the 900 block of West Defenbaugh Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 3:17 p.m., police arrested Aden Hernandez, 39, no address given, at Walnut Street and Longview Drive, on a felony warrant charge of driving after having privileges revoked, and a misdemeanor warrant charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

Thursday, 9:03 p.m., police arrested Nicholas S. Backer, 21, 6700 block of North Ind. 19, at Sycamore and Ohio streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 10:13 p.m., police arrested Dale Harvey, 59, Russiaville, at the Howard County Jail, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Thursday, 11:13 p.m., police arrested Keenan L. Ingram, 25, 2900 block of Joyce Drive, at Washington and Superior streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Friday, 2:14 a.m., police arrested Jordan R. Hayes, 24, Greentown, at Philips and Sycamore streets, on felony charges of heroin possession and possession of a syringe.

Friday, 2:22 a.m., police arrested Guadalupe McGuire, 34, 1100 block of West Jefferson Street, in the 3000 block of South Lafountain Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Thefts

Feb. 14, 5:41 p.m., the theft of several items were reported at the 3800 block of West 200 South.

Feb. 15, 5:41 p.m., the theft of fishing gear and clothes was reported in the 100 block of Rainbow Circle.

Feb. 15, 6:44 p.m., the theft of several items was reported at the 2400 block of North 600 East.

Saturday, 1:39 a.m., the theft of a PlayStation3, a Glock .22 caliber handgun, and a Mossberg shotgun was reported from the 2400 block of North Calumet Avenue.

Saturday, 10 a.m., the theft of five car stereos, valued at $1,000, was reported in the 2400 block of North Reed Road.

Saturday, 6:04 p.m., the theft of items from a storage locker, valued at $4,000, was reported from the 2600 block of North Washington Street.

Saturday, 7:37 p.m., the theft of items valued at $4,380, including a Jennings 9 mm handgun and a Ruger .38 caliber handgun, was reported in the 3500 block of South Webster Street.

Saturday, 11:47 p.m., the theft of an iPod was reported in the 800 block of Daniel Drive.

Sunday, 9:17 p.m., the theft of an iPhone was reported in the 1000 block of East Vaile Avenue.

Monday, 6:15 p.m., the theft of a North Face jacket was reported in the 2500 block of Kent Avenue.

Tuesday, 9:18 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 1600 block of South Plate Street, with a DVD player and cash reported stolen.

Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., a burglary was reported at A Cut Above hair salon, 509 E. Jefferson St. A television and clothing were reported stolen.

Wednesday, 1:10 p.m., a Motorola smartphone was reported stolen in the 1200 block of South Washington Street.

Wednesday, 1:13 p.m., a .22 Marlin rifle was reported stolen in the 3500 block of Southlea Drive.

Wednesday, 2 p.m., the theft of an iPhone 4 was reported at Little Daddy’s, 1527 S. Home Ave.

Wednesday, 5:36 p.m., the theft of miscellaneous items was reported at Menard’s, 1715 E. Havens St.

Wednesday, 6:33 p.m., the theft of a wallet and cash was reported in the 1000 block of West Havens Street.

Thursday, 2:57 p.m., the theft of 200 DVDs and camera equipment were reported from the 900 block of East Fischer Street.

Thursday, 6:38 p.m., the theft of cash and sneakers was reported from a burglary in the 200 block of West Markland Avenue.

Thursday, 7:14 p.m., the theft of jewelry valued at $25,000 was reported from a burglary in the 100 block of North Delphos Street.

Miami County arrests

Feb. 14, 12:23 a.m., state police arrested Hogan A. Moss, 22, 100 block of West 3rd Street, Bunker Hill, on a warrant for disorderly conduct.

Feb. 14, 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested Miguel Deloya-Jaurez, 20, Indianapolis, on a failure to appear warrant.

Feb. 14, 10 p.m., police arrested Brad A. Jenkins, 19, 100 block of East Riverside Drive, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Feb. 15, 4:10 a.m., police arrested Zachary R. Fink, 24, 300 block of Cherokee Drive, Peru, on charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and visiting a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 6:05 p.m., deputies arrested Misty B. Galbraith, 32, 300 block of East Lincoln Street, Greentown, on a court order.

Tipton County arrests
