Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Beatty (Brittany Summers)

Christopher Allen Beatty and Brittany Summers were married in a traditional ceremony at 5:30 p.m. May 3, 2008, at Morning Star Church, Kokomo, by Pastor Jeff Russell.

Christopher is the son of Randy and Anna Beatty, Kokomo. He graduated from Kokomo High School in 2002 and attended Arizona State University. He is a personal banker at Wells Fargo Bank.

Brittany is the daughter of Kevin and Tammy Summers, Kokomo. She graduated from Kokomo High School in 2004 and attended Indiana University Kokomo. She is a Kokomo High School varsity cheerleading coach and a nanny.

The matron of honor was Jennifer Smalley, friend of bride; maid of honor was Ali Sears, cousin of bride; bridesmaids were Erin Eads, Meghan McCoskey, Katie Abney, Carly Connor, friends of bride, and Shanna Beatty, sister-in-law of bride; flower girls were Alice and Avery Miller, friends of bride; best man was James Beatty, brother of groom; groomsmen were Bryan Bowen, Jake Gibson, Greg Franklin, friends of groom, Shane Beatty, brother of groom, and Colton Summers, brother-in-law of groom; ushers were Frank Dowens, friend of groom, and Eric and Corey Summers, uncles of bride; and the ringbearer was Noah Burket, cousin of bride.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Kokomo.
