Mr. and Mrs. James Evitts (Lynda Rhoades)

James Robert Evitts and Lynda Yvonne Rhoades were wed at 3:07 p.m. Sept. 12, 2007, in Kokomo, by Mona Myers.

James is the son of Judith Evitts, Indianapolis, and the late John Richard Evitts. He graduated from Clarksville High School in 1994 and is an independent contractor.

Lynda is the daughter of John R. Barkley Jr., Kokomo, and Deborah and Michael James, Ft. Wayne. She graduated from Kokomo High School in 1988 and is an independent contractor.

The maids of honor were Tarina Ryan and Aggie Elam; best man was Josh Miller.

After a wedding trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C. The couple resides in Kokomo.
