Mr. and Mrs. Guy William Faulkner (Megan Kenya Matthews)

Guy William Faulkner and Megan Kenya Matthews were wed at 5 p.m. Aug. 10, 2007, at Dreams Spa and Resort in Cancun, Mexico, with a reception on the beach.

Megan is the daughter and step-daughter of Brian and Jody Matthews, and the daughter of Peggy Matthews, all of Denver, Colo. She graduated from Green Mountain High School in Lakewood, Colo., in 1999 and graduated cum laude from University of Colorado at Denver in 2004. She is an actress.

Guy is the son of Donna Faulkner of Kokomo. He graduated from Northwestern High School in 1993 and from Wabash College in Crawfordsville in 1997. He is a restaurant general manager.

The maid of honor was Shannon Powers, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley and Jessica Matthews, sisters of the bride, and Natalie Deville and Carrie Mitchell, friends of the bride. The best man was Chris Ruel, a friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Greg McDaniels, Ross Bobenmoyer, Bridger DeVille and Jason Carr, friends of the groom.

The couple resides in Venice Beach, Calif.
