Mr. and Mrs. John Smith (Hanjin Sun)

John Paul Smith and Hanjin Sun were married at 6 p.m. Oct. 29, 2007, at Chapel of the Bells, Las Vegas, by minister Betty Rainey. A reception followed at the home of the groom’s parents.

He is the son of John A. and Sandy Smith, Kokomo. He graduated from Northwestern High School in 1996 and attended Indiana University Kokomo. He received a certificate in advanced project management from Stanfort University in 2007. He owns a business intelligence company with clients that include Franklin Templeton Investments and Cisco Systems.

She is the daughter of Soung and Som Sun, South Korea. She is a certified nail technician.

After a formal wedding ceremony in South Korea in fall of 2008, the couple will reside in San Jose, Calif.
