Amy Rachelle Saulmon and Adam Christopher Smith were married at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 15, 2011, at First Presbyterian Church, Tipton, by the Rev. Linda Philabaum. A reception was held at the C.W. Mount Center.
She is the daughter of Julia Saulmon, Sharpsville, and the granddaughter of Mildred Arnett, Kokomo. She graduated in 2005 from Western High School and is employed at Baxter Health.
He is the son of Chris and Beth Smith, Kokomo, and the grandson of Dave and Margie Smith, and Bill and Mary Ellen Vautaw. He graduated in 2005 from Kokomo High School and has an associate’s degree in general studies. He is employed by the City of Kokomo.
The maid of honor was Laura Brock, friend of the bride; bridesmaids were Jamie Nichole Kaylor, friend of the bride, and Rebekah Saulmon, sister of the bride; and flower girl was Amaya Saulmon, niece of the bride.
Best man was Chris Smith, father of the groom; groomsmen were Matt Harris and Josh Medsker, friends of the groom; and ring bearer was Will Brown, nephew of the groom.
After a honeymoon to Disney World, Fla., the couple resides in Kokomo.
