Megan Daw and Clayton Mannering were married at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2016, in Greencastle Presbyterian Church, Greencastle, by the Rev. Wes Kendall. A reception followed at Green Center for the Performing Arts, DePauw University, Greencastle.
She is the daughter of Judy Hays Daw, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Kevin Daw, Pittsburgh. She graduated from Shaler Area High School, Pittsburgh, in 2006; John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio, in 2010 with a bachelor of arts degree in history; and Defiance College, Defiance, Ohio, in 2012 with a master of education degree. Megan is assistant cross country and track and field coach at DePauw University.
He is the son of Scott and Lisa Mannering, Walton. He graduated from Lewis Cass High School in 2006; Hanover College, Hanover, in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and English; and Carthage College, Kenosha, Wisconsin, in 2014 with a master of education degree. Clayton is assistant football coach at DePauw University.
Maid of honor was Julie Daw, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ryann Smith, friend of the bride; Lisa Link, friend of the couple; and Megan Mannering, sister of the groom. Flower girl was Violet Johnson, friend of the couple.
Best man was Rory Mannering, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Brady Jones, friend of the groom; Cameron Rode, friend of the groom; and Aaron Fanthorpe, friend of the couple. Ushers were Mark Frey and Tyler Mudd, friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Brayden Dietz, friend of the couple.
After a honeymoon in Brown County, the newlyweds reside in Greencastle.
