Friday, 12:47 a.m., Howard County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kim Shuppard, 55, of the 700 block of West Monroe Street, on charges of driving while suspended and a prior suspension within 10 years.

Friday, 4:25 a.m., deputies arrested Melody Easter, 34, of the 2200 block of Canterbury Drive, at Reed Road and Jefferson Street, on a charge of operating while intoxicated and a charge of operating while intoxicated-endangerment.

Friday, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested David Arredondo, 22, of the 300 block of East Taylor Street, in the 1400 block of McCann Street, on a violation of in-home supervision, and on Sunday, at the Howard County Jail, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 12:07 p.m., deputies arrested Rayshawn Holloway, 24, of the 4900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, at Reed Road and Carter Street, on a charge of driving while suspended and a prior suspension within 10 years.

Friday, 11:51 a.m., deputies arrested Wesley Scott Miller, 36, of Cicero, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a hold for Tipton County.

Friday, 11:37 a.m., deputies arrested April Hawkins, of Lafayette, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 11:37 a.m., deputies arrested Mya Lashay Dunham, of Chicago, at the jail, on a charge of theft where the value of the property is between $750 and $50,000.

Friday, 2:40 p.m., deputies arrested Adam N. Rich, 38, of Michigantown, in the 1200 block of East Boulevard, on a charge of theft where the value of the property is between $750 and $50,000.

Friday, 2:48 p.m., deputies arrested Christy M. Wood, 33, of the 1800 block of Ohio Street, at the jail, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 2:53 p.m., deputies arrested Andrew Dusean Moore, 25, at the jail, on an in-home supervision violation.

Friday, 11:45 p.m., deputies arrested Brian Keith Smith, 30, of the 500 block of West Walnut Street, at Jefferson Street and Indiana Avenue, on charges of driving while suspended-prior suspension within 10 years.

Saturday, 1:39 a.m., deputies arrested Keighan Hayes, 24, in the 2500 block of Audri Lane, at that address, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 8:15 a.m., deputies arrested Jordan Martell Beard, 22, of the 1300 block of South Waugh Street, in the 600 block of South Berkley Road, on a charge of public administration-escape, a Level 5 felony.

Sunday, 1:22 a.m., deputies arrested Austin D. Hanlon, 22, of the 1800 block of West Carter Street, at Reed Road and Havens Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment.

Sunday, 12:05 p.m., deputies arrested Stephen Pierson, 50, of the 500 block of South Courtland Avenue, at the jail, on a warrant for theft.

Sunday, 12:35 p.m., deputies arrested Robert Maurice Bateman, 41, of the 1300 block of North Market Street, in the 600 block of South Berkley Road, on a charge of public administration-escape, a Level 6 felony.

Sunday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Karlee Ash, of Lebanon, at the jail, on a warrant for body attachment.

Monday, 9:21 a.m., Kokomo police arrested Michael Walton, of the 3200 block of Janice Drive, in the 2900 block of South Washington Street, on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 4:13 a.m., officers arrested Christy Black, 48, of Peru, in the 1300 block of East Jefferson Street, on charges of possession of meth and possession of a syringe, both Level 6 felonies.

Thefts

Monday, 2:49 p.m., the theft of a 65-inch Samsung television, valued at $2,000, was reported in the 1000 block of Brentwood Drive.

Monday, 3:08 p.m., the theft of a 2019 Hyundai Elantra, valued at $17,500, was reported in the 1600 block of North Hoffer Street.

Tuesday, 4:48 a.m., Tipton County deputies arrested John A. Bielak, 26, of Hebron, on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, fraud, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, dealing meth, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a syringe.

Tuesday, 4:48 a.m., deputies arrested Tyler J. Isenhower, 24, of Tipton, on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, fraud, possession of meth, and dealing meth.

Tuesday, 4:48 a.m., deputies arrested Natalie R. Sutherland, 22, of Kokomo, on charges of possession of a handgun without a license, possession of meth, dealing meth, possession of paraphernalia, and fraud.
