Howard County sheriff deputies put an out-of-state felony fugitive behind bars Wednesday.

Sheriff Marty Talbert said Clint Kinne, 20, had been sought by Butler County, Pa., police for failure to appear on felony charges of burglary, theft, and manufacturing, delivery, or possession of a controlled substance. Kinne also faces misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, the sheriff said.

Deputies arrested Kinne at about 8 p.m. at his residence in the 2300 block of South Webster Street.

Kinne has waived extradition back to Pennsylvania and is expected to be released to Butler County sheriff deputies early next week, Talbert said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of any wanted person is asked to contact the Howard County Sheriff Department at (765) 457-1105, or Central Indiana Crimestoppers at (800) 922-5378.
