Friday, 12:13 a.m., deputies arrested Patrick Allen Pogue, 43, 1300 block of South Delphos Street, in the 2400 block of South Reed Road, on a charge of invasion of privacy, a misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. 

Friday, 10:46 a.m., deputies arrested Wendy Marie Richman, 52, 4500 block of Stratford Drive, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke. 

Friday, 8:30 p.m., deputies arrested Yoshua D. Foster, 19, 4100 block of Monroe Street, in the area of U.S. 31 and Touby Pike, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without obtaining a license. 

Saturday, 3:46 a.m., deputies arrested Jasmine Elaine Hulen, Muncie, in the 2300 block of East Markland Avenue, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, a level 6 felony, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-endangering, a misdemeanor. 

Saturday, 12:35 p.m., deputies arrested Darnneil Edward Kinney, 34, 1100 block of Ruddell Drive, in the area of Fischer and Washington streets, on a hold for Fulton County, a warrant for petition to revoke, a warrant for failure to appear a hold for Tippecanoe County, and a charge of possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. 

Saturday, 4:04 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher A. White, 35, unknown address or arrest location, on a warrant for non-compliance with a work release. 

Saturday, 4:06 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin Gray, 21, 100 block of South Market Street, at the Howard County Sheriff's Department, on two warrants for petition to revoke. 

Saturday, 8:45 p.m., deputies arrested Sarah E. Joseph, 37, Russiaville, at the same location, on a warrant for theft with a prior conviction. 

Sunday, 12:46 a.m., deputies arrested Ron Ellis Woodard, 43, 1100 block of East Jefferson Street, in the area of Jay Street and Vaile Avenue, on two charges of resisting law enforcement, both misdemeanors, and a charge each of escape, a level 5 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony; intimidation, a level 5 felony; battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, a level 6 felony; dealing a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony; and operating while intoxicated-endangering, a misdemeanor.

Sunday, 10:31 p.m., deputies arrested Tyler Wallace, 30, Shelby, Ohio, in the area of Indiana 931 and 600 North, on charges of resisting law enforcement, a level 6 felony, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-endangering, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. 

Monday, 8:20 a.m., officers arrested Cole Morrow, 27, Auburn, Washington, in the 1300 block of South Delphos Street, on a Washington warrant for rape of a child and a Washington warrant for child molestation. 

Monday, 11:52 a.m., officers arrested Milton Gayles Jr., 36, 1200 block of East Jefferson Street, at the same location, on a warrant for possession of cocaine. 

Monday, 2:20 p.m., officers arrested Kayla Stanley, 28, 700 block of South Washington Street, in the 1700 block of East Havens Street, on a warrant for theft and charges of possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. 

Monday, 7:03 p.m., officers arrested Garrett Mock, 28, 500 block of East Madison Street, at an unknown address, on a warrant for theft and a warrant for carrying a handgun without a permit. 

Monday, 8:13 p.m., officers arrested Dwayne Jones, 50, 1800 block of West Markland Avenue, in the 2100 block of West Jefferson Street, on a warrant for driving while suspended and a warrant for escape. 

Monday, 9:53 p.m., officers arrested Joseph Perry, 34, 1100 block of West Jackson Street, in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street, on an unknown warrant. 

Monday, 10:36 p.m., officers arrested Steven Cooper Jr., 36, 2200 block of North Waugh Street, in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street, on a warrant for possession of marijuana. 

Tuesday, 3:06 a.m., officers arrested James Howard, 37, Indianapolis, in the area of Home Avenue and Boulevard Street, on two warrants for petition to revoke and charges of possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony, and possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. 

Thefts

Monday, 8:35 a.m., the theft of a Stihl gas-powered weed eater, valued at $180, and a Stihl weed trimmer, valued at $160, was reported in the 1600 block of North Faith Road. 

Monday, 9:06 a.m., the theft of a push lawnmower, valued at $300, was reported in the 1700 block of North Indiana Avenue. 

Monday, 9:12 a.m., the theft of a red metal tailgate, valued at $300, was reported in the 800 block of West Tate Street. 

Monday, 12:08 p.m., the theft of a Smith and Wesson 10mm handgun, valued at $400, an Android S9+ cellphone, valued at $900, miscellaneous clothing, valued at $1,626, two men's diamond rings and a men's Harley-Davidson ring, valued at $900, and other miscellaneous items, valued at $230, was reported in the 1600 block of South Plate Street. 

Monday, 9:38 p.m., the theft of a 2004 Chevrolet automobile, valued at $4,000, was reported in the 500 block of South Armstrong Street. 

Monday, 11:58 p.m., the theft of a Glock 9mm handgun, valued at $450, was reported in the 900 block of North Courtland Avenue.

Monday, 9:45 a.m., deputies arrested Arron Guss, 45, 1100 block of Indiana 124, Peru, on a warrant for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
