Jeff Hatton of Greentown sends this Jeer for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg:

“‘A woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a mother,’ declared Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg recently. What is wrong with this statement?

“No. 1, a woman has no constitutional right to an abortion. Nowhere in that document is abortion mentioned, let alone listed as a right. What a woman does have is an illegal, Supreme Court-protected right to abortion on demand. Our Constitution is not a killing document that devalues human life to the point it is disposable without affecting the conscience, it is not a document that presides over the elimination of millions of unborn lives. The Constitution is the protector of Creator rights, a Creator who does not give us a right to abort on demand life being made in his image. A woman who wants to abort merely for her convenience does not find her approval to do so in the Constitution.

“No. 2, when she becomes pregnant, a woman is a mother. If she chooses to abort her baby, she was and is still a mother, she is just a mother who didn’t and who doesn’t have her baby.

“For a Supreme Court justice to believe a woman who chooses to abort what she has conceived is not a mother is immoral, without conscience, unlawful, unconstitutional, un-Godly and unacceptable. Ruth Bader Ginsberg is unqualified to be a Supreme Court justice and should be removed from her position by the Senate Judiciary Committee.”
