Police shut down suspected drug lab

Officers with Kokomo Police Department were dispatched to the site of a reported meth lab on Darby Avenue on the city’s southwestside late Sunday.

No other information was immediately available.

Howard County arrests

Saturday, 3:23 p.m., police arrested David G. Parker, 46, 1000 block of South Leeds Street, at the same residence, on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Saturday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested Aaron Braxton Dillon, 21, 1300 block of North Bell Street, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of and dealing cocaine, three warrant charges of failure to appear, a warrant charge of dealing cocaine and false informing.

Saturday, 6:32 p.m., police arrested Charles E Vandergriff, 37, 300 block of West Havens Street, at Monroe and Armstrong streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 6:42 p.m., police arrested Jack D. Smith, 34, 1100 block of South Jay Street, in the 1200 block of South Buckeye Street, on charges of intimidation and invasion of privacy.

Saturday, 7:46 p.m., police arrested Raymond L. Williams, 20, 100 block of South Calumet Street, at Jay and Jefferson streets, on charges of possession of and dealing marijuana.

Saturday, 10:59 p.m., police arrested Jeremy R. Boggs, 25, 3600 block of Meadow View Drive, at Buckeye and Harrison streets, on charges of possession of a syringe, operating while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 4:15 a.m., police arrested John E. Gilley, 30, Lebanon, at Markland Avenue and U.S. 31, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 9:35 a.m., police arrested Kale J. Knowles, 44, 200 block of North Market Street, in the 200 block of East Taylor Street, on a warrant charge of conversion.
