Arrests

Thursday, 12:30 p.m., police arrested Justin A. Crow, 25, 1500 block of Bradley Road, at the Kokomo Police Department, on charges of domestic violence battery, criminal confinement and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 1:14 a.m., police arrested Brandon Negrete, 29, Elkhart, at U.S. 31 and Vaile Avenue, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 10:40 a.m., police arrested Brian J. Williams, 23, 4200 east block of 100 South, at Markland Avenue and U.S. 31, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 12:31 p.m., police arrested David Frew, 45, 1200 block of East Taylor Street, at Ohio and Taylor streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Monday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested James R. McGowan, 34, 9700 block of Delphi Pike, Converse, on a warrant charge of resisting law enforcement.

Monday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Daniel Parcel, 31, Indianapolis, on a warrant charge of battery with bodily injury.

Monday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Cheryl L. Zinn, 35, Marion, to serve 48 hours in jail.

Monday, 10:45 p.m., police arrested Jason M. McStay, 28, 40 block of Plaza Drive, on a warrant charge of theft.

Tuesday, 3:55 a.m., police arrested Damian M. Phelps, 18, 200 block of East Third Street, Peru, on a felony charge of robbery and two charges of possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, 4:05 a.m., police arrested John W. Phelps, 20, 200 block of East Third Street, Peru, on a felony charge of robbery.

Tuesday, 4:45 p.m., police arrested Curtis W. Birner, 19. 3800 north block of 190 West, Peru, on a felony charge of robbery.

Tuesday, 1:25 p.m., deputies arrested John C. Blanton, 30, 10 block of West Ottawa Street, Logansport, on a warrant charge of failure to appear in court.

Tuesday, 5:55 p.m., police arrested Jerime C. Grant, 25, 100 block of East Second Street, Peru, on a warrant.

Tuesday, 9:45 p.m., deputies arrested Teresa L. Hall, 32, 200 block of West Harrison Street, Converse, on a charge of domestic battery.

Tuesday, 9:45 p.m., deputies arrested Brian L. Hall, 35, 200 block of West Harrison Street, Converse, on a charge of domestic battery.

Tuesday, 11:05 p.m., the Converse marshal arrested Joshua A. Saylors, 26, Marion, on a warrant charge of being a habitual traffic violator.

Thursday, 2:12 a.m., police arrested Jared W. Hunt, 21, 400 block of West Sixth Street, on a felony charge of possession of a schedule I substance and a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, 11:15 p.m., deputies arrested Andy W. Ashley, 25, 100 block of East Third Street, Bunker Hill, on charges of domestic battery, resisting law enforcement and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Friday, 7:05 a.m., deputies arrested Courtney N. Wolf, 25, no address given, on charges of possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, battery on an officer, resisting law enforcement, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, implied consent.



Thefts

Thursday, 12:53 p.m., a resident of the 600 block of East Main Street, Peru, reported to police theft of a Pioneer car CD player, a 10 disc CD changer and a Cobra CB from his truck.
