Tuesday, no time given, sheriff deputies arrested Jay L. Reed, 36, 4508 E. 200 South, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a possession of meth conviction.

Tuesday, no time given, sheriff deputies arrested Shawna Roseberry, 35, 1300 block of South Waugh Street, in the 900 block of South Bell Street, on a warrant charge of forgery.

Tuesday, 9:33 a.m., sheriff deputies arrested Leonard B. Sims, 25, 900 block of North Bell Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear for fees hearing.

Tuesday, 1:58 p.m., sheriff deputies arrested James W. Herron, 34, 900 block of South Bell Street, on a warrant charge of false informing.

Tuesday, 2 p.m., sheriff deputies arrested Peter Giasson, 21, Monon, at the White County Jail, on warrant charges of battery and illegal possession of alcohol.

Tuesday, 7:50 p.m., police arrested Jimmy Mallory, 30, 1800 block of Northview Boulevard, at that residence, on a charge of driving while suspended.



Thefts

Monday, 12:21 p.m., Star Financial Bank, 114 E. Walnut St., reported the theft of $1,248.65 in checks.

Tuesday, 6:35 a.m., a resident of the 900 block of West Park Avenue reported the theft of a 1997 Astro van from Speedway at Markland Avenue and Washington Street. No value given on loss.

Tuesday, 8:04 a.m., a resident of the 3100 block of Essex Court reported the theft of a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette valued at $7,000.

Tuesday, 8:36 a.m., a resident of the 1500 block of West Walnut Street reported the theft of jewelry from that residence.

Tuesday, 10;19 a.m., a resident of the 1500 block of Gleneagles Drive reported the theft of a 20-inch Huffy freestyle bicycle valued at $150.

Tuesday, Village Pantry, 100 N. Ohio St., reported the theft of cigarettes and 25 lottery tickets.

Tuesday, 11:50 a.m., a resident of the 700 block of South Indiana Street reported the theft of a tool box and power tools from that residence.

Saturday, 12:45 a.m., police arrested Jack W. Plake, 47, Las Vegas, on a Class A misdemeanor charge of operating while intoxicated with endangerment.

Saturday, 3:50 a.m., police arrested Daniel K. Hagerty, 31, 5500 block of West Ind. 28, Tipton, on Class A misdemeanor charges of operating while intoxicated with endangerment and having a blood alcohol level of more than .15 and leaving the scene.

Saturday, 5:52 a.m., deputies arrested Rachel Amber Gwinn, 24, Elwood, on a warrant for driving while suspended.

Sunday, midnight, police arrested Timothy Hendry, 24, 2200 block of South Meridian Road, Tipton, on a warrant for check deception.

Sunday, 1:40 a.m., deputies arrested Lawrence Wilson, 54, Elwood, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
