Tuesday, 2:56 a.m., deputies arrested Kevin Schafer, 21, 4500 east block of 200 South, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 4:30 a.m., deputies arrested Corey Staley, 26, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 10:53 a.m., deputies arrested Dawn Carpenter, 31, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 12:10 p.m., police arrested Devin Spruill, 23, 2500 block of Oakbrook Drive, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 1:05 p.m., deputies arrested Marcus Byars, 22, 1500 block of South Cooper Street, at the Howard County Courthouse on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 3:47 p.m., police arrested Travis D. Ploughe, 25, 1200 block of West Mulberry Street, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 6:02 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on a charge of conversion.

Tuesday, 6:39 p.m., deputies arrested Dustin McKinney, 20, 3500 south block of 350 East, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 7:39 p.m., police arrested Derek R. Sage, 26, 2300 block of South Wabash Avenue, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 11 p.m., deputies arrested Jim M. Lewis, 37, 1000 block of North Webster Street, in the 1800 block of West Markland Avenue, on a body attachment.

Wednesday, 12:35 a.m., police arrested Steven D. Tyler, 50, 2100 block of North Waugh Street, at that residence, on a charge of driving while suspended. Police also arrested Amanda C. Tyler, 22, same address, on a warrant for failure to appear for fees hearing.

Wednesday, 1:16 a.m., police arrested Ernest A. Long, 21, 1700 block of North Ohio Street, at Sycamore Street and Western Avenue, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thefts

Tuesday, 9:34 a.m., the theft of a 2005 Dodge van was reported from Price Auto Sales, 2016 E. 00 North-South.

Tuesday, 1:54 p.m., the theft of a bicycle, a TV and a 50-gallon fish tank valued at $290 was reported from the 700 block of South Union Street.

Tuesday, 3:07 p.m., the theft of a 26-inch rim from a vehicle valued at $700 was reported from the 900 block of West State Street.
